Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including account details, support requests, and license information. Shop records such as prices, vendors, inventory, and customer information remain on your computer.
Website traffic
RepairFoundry uses first-party analytics to record pages visited, visit times, referrers, a random browser identifier, basic device and browser information, language, timezone, screen size, and a protected hash derived from the connection address. Raw connection addresses are not kept in the analytics database. Analytics records are normally retained for 90 days and are not used for advertising.
Diagnostic contributions
When a catalog-linked repair ticket is completed, RepairFoundry may send its machine model, technical description, repair type, and technical notes to a private moderation queue. Costs and vendor information are not included. Submissions do not change the shared Machine Library until reviewed and approved by RepairFoundry.
How contributions are used
Approved repair outcomes may be combined with other approved outcomes to improve failure likelihoods and diagnostic guidance. Results may vary while the product and its knowledge base are developing.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process limited data needed to host, secure, support, or operate RepairFoundry. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for those purposes or as required by law.
Your choices
Use the Support page to request access, correction, or deletion of account or submitted information where applicable.
